Adam Nawrot is an NYC/PHL based filmmaker & photographer, and the director of the award winning film Godspeed, Los Polacos!. He operates Sourland, a small production company focused on the intersection of commercial and non-fiction storytelling, and works as a freelance DP that is comfortable in both studio and harsh and remote work environments. Adam is also the author and illustrator of a series of outdoor caricatures that was published in 8 issues of Climbing Magazine and was voted Canoe & Kayak Magazine’s most popular article of the year. His interests include alpine starts, well-lit rooms, and adjusting the settings on your TV.
Adam's work has taken him around the globe and is driven by a lifelong passion for exploration and storytelling. A lifelong cyclist, paddler, and climber, his practice is never too far removed from a core adventurous spirit.
